Save a life

It’s not often I get to write a piece that can actually help to save lives. Whose lives? Our wives and girlfriends, moms and daughters, aunts and nieces, friends and co-workers. Breast cancer is a killer and it needs to be beaten. One of those wonderful people that you meet while doing business on the Internet is battling this disease right now. Her name is Sylvie Fortin and she is the wife of copywriting expert Michel Fortin. When she was diagnosed a short time ago, Sylvie used her courage and her talent to create BreastCancerVictory.com, a resource center to support others fighting the same battle.

Now Clayton Makepeace, the biker copywriter, has created an auction on eBay to benefit breast cancer research. He is auctioning off his “Squeeze a Boob – Save a Life” t-shirt and a copy of his book, Double Your Profits in 12 Months or Less.
He is also making a donation of up to $10,000 to match the high bid, so whatever is bid up to 10 grand is automatically doubled. It’s a great cause.

PLEASE look at the auction now!

And if you have a blog, or comment on blogs or have a mailing list, send this message along. You never know who might put the auction over 10 G’s and force Clayton to cough up the matching cash. Hey. he’ll live without that one new Harley this year!

The auction is here:
